Heading to Kodaikanal..

I have planned for a trip to kodaikanal with my friends this month end. I have booked train tickets and also accommodation in kodaikanal. Hoping for a wonderful trip.

Almost After one month

It has been almost a month before i made my last post... It was a hectic month, didn't find time at all.. One good news is that I was selected as Most Valuable Person by my company for the month of September.

I started writing this post thinking about a movie i saw a few days back "Kadhal Solla Vandhen".

It's a movie about a college student falling in love with his senior. Nice movie, of course a tragic climax. I liked the lyrics very much. some of those are.

I can't imagine a life without music. Thank God for giving me ears.

Marriage

When should a guy get married????

I am 24 now. My parents have started talking about my marriage. They have not began the expedition for finding the right girl for me, but the talks have started. This will go on for another 2 years before they finally find the best match for me. What is my role in this? to be frank just to go with them where ever they ask me to. My father got married when he was 21 and he has two sons, me (24) and my brother( 30) . The moment I get married he will successfully complete his responsibilities and by that time he will be 55 years old. I think my father's life is the best. By 55 he is free and he still has 3 years for retirement. Even if i get married when i turn 27, i am still nearly 8 years behind and I will not be able to relax before 65 . At that age i wont be able to do anything other than lying on the bed for 20 hours a day.

All I want is, I should be free from responsibilities at the age of 55 and go around the world.

No matter when we I get married.. 55 is my target...

Comeback of Schumi

The most fascinating part of 2010 f1 season for me is the return of schumi...... Many feel that it is not a right decision to comeback after 3 years and compete with younger drivers but for a die hard fan like me it is a great decision. I agree he hasn't performed well in this season till now but we should also consider that many aspects have changed since he left and it will take time to adjust. i am waiting for a day when schumi stand on the podium and perform his famous jump. WOW.. it will be a great spectacle. Come on schumiiiii.. I stopped watching f1 when schumi left and started all over again this season. Ross brawn and Schumi magic will again return next season and the icing on the cake is the INDIAN GP. I will definitely go to see schumi race in my country.

After a long time

It has been 2 long years since my last post. These 2 years can be written in 2 words. "wasted years". I was jobless when i wrote my last post in Dec 2008, but now I am an Analyst programmer (Oh God! only you and me know how i got this job and how i became a analyst programmer). Then why did i say I wasted 2 years? What have i done other than getting a job and getting promoted? absolutely NOTHING. If somebody ask's me what have i achieved in my life? My answer for now will be again a big NOTHING. It can also be written like this

This is what i learnt in the last 2 years.

Hopefully in some time from now i satisfy the 'If' condition.
